matura.mkState Matura and State Vocational Matura in mathematics
There are two different mathematics exams: one for the State Matura and one for the State Vocational Matura. They have different exam programmes and different tests.
Which matura do I take?
- Students from gymnasiums (general secondary schools) take the State Matura. Its mathematics exam programme is the same for general and vocational secondary education, so students from vocational schools who take the State Matura prepare with it too.
- Students from four-year vocational secondary schools take the State Vocational Matura. Mathematics is in its elective part.
If you are not sure which matura you take, ask your class teacher or your school's matura committee.
